ASSISTANT

• Planning and assisting with awesome events like tastings, trunk shows, launch parties, pop-ups, collaborations and food/fashion/design industry events

• Managing content calendar for multiple brands to show up consistently for our audience

• Creating engaging social posts consistent with our brands using tools like Canva

• Styling and shooting iPhone-quality product and lifestyle images for social, website and emails

• Capturing BTS and event images and video content that our audiences will love

• Looking for content creation opportunities all the time; you’re very comfortable on camera and naturally love capturing moments.

• Coordinating import shipping logistics to bring in wonderful things from Italy

• Coordinating custom orders for clients with our partners in Italy (don’t worry, you don’t need to speak Italian!)

• Finding ways to streamline and automate processes so we can grow faster together

• Creating attractive presentations for virtual events and webinars

• Keeping the co-founders organized with schedules, emails, projects, files, receipts…all the things.

• Keeping our warehouse spaces beautifully organized; assisting with receiving and organizing all the gorgeous products arriving from Italy

• Rolling up your sleeves to get in the trenches during the holiday shipping madness. If this sounds fun to you, we’re your people!
