We are looking for character, culture fit, and skills (of course). One key to success with the Lafinndustries Team is having an obsessive commitment to excellence and being able to follow through, so we look for those traits too!

If you are simply spamming your resume into the ether with the hope that something sticks, this process will not be for you. Otherwise, we think you will find the process fun, productive and fitting.

This is a Houston-based position. Many days will be remote, but this dynamic role will require in person meetings, events, time in our fulfillment center and possible limited travel. Reliable transportation is required to assist with occasional pick-ups and deliveries for clients. This is a W2 opportunity for the right person who chooses to answer the call to adventure with us.
