• Greeting customers as you would welcome honored guests to make them feel special

• Sharing history and educating customers about the importance of each aspect of our products to enroll them in the vision of Italian Craftsmanship

• Assisting customers with the selecting the perfect gifts for family, friends and business associates, including custom orders

• Maintaining a beautiful shop environment by helping design displays, ensuring shelves are stocked and the space feels polished and clean throughout the day

• Creating a seamless luxury experience by ensuring an easy and refined checkout process

• Tying a bow on the luxury experience, literally! Utilizing a selection of stunning ribbons and papers to create unique and beautiful gift wrapped confections

• Move dynamically on the floor to continuously engage with customers and attend to customer or shop needs

• Planning and assisting with awesome events like tastings, trunk shows, launch parties, pop-ups, collaborations and food/fashion/design industry events

• Creating content in the shop for multiple brands to showcase our products, space and events for social media

• Collaborating with team members to ensure optimal customer experience and support store operations

• Keeping our space beautifully organized; assisting with receiving and organizing all the gorgeous products arriving from Italy
